Stage Five: The final agreement is produced
The final Sector Skills Agreement takes the form of an action plan, which is owned by the whole of the sector. This document include a rationale for the agreement, actions to be taken by each of the partners, a quantified output, how the agreement will affect the productivity and competitiveness of the sector and finally an identified measure of agreement’s effectiveness.
