The SSA in your area
Whilst there are some skills requirements that are common to all businesses, undoubtedly there are issues arising in various regions and countries across the UK that are particular to that area. A ‘one size fits all’ approach does not suffice.
To address specific needs not only in each country of the UK, but also each region within England, SummitSkills has created a number of Sector Skills Agreements. By doing this, the sector can be confident that the final action plans contains a truly accurate picture of employers’ local skills needs.
